How to Create a Content Website in 2 easy steps

This tutorial will show you how to create a self-updating keyword-rich website with content from Yahoo! Answers^®, Ebay^®, Youtube™, Adsense™ and Amazon™. You have to follow only 2 steps to create a website:-

 

Step:1  Fill-up a simple form and  Step:2  Preview and Download created website

 

 

Preparation

 

1) Before you start build a content website, you have to choose a niche. Then prepare a short list of keywords relevant to the selected niche.  You can use keyword suggestion tools like;

 

1. Google Adwords Keyword tool

2. Ebay Keyword Generator Tool from PowerSellerKeywords.com

3. WordTracker's Free Keyword Tool

4. Keyword Suggestion tool from Seobook.com

 

Tip: To try the system, you have to enter only 2 or 3 keywords.  Then you can add more keywords later.

 

2) Decide where to host your website.  If you plan to register a domain name for your content website project, do it.  You can also host your new website as a sub-domain or inside a folder of an already existing website.  Note that a website you created with Content Website Builder™ is very flexible.  You can easily change the web address and other settings at anytime as specified in this tutorial.

 

Tip: To try the system, you can enter a dummy Website URL something like:

http://www.blahblahblahblah.com  then you can change it later when you create a 'real website' to host.

 

3) Make your Affiliate IDs ready.  You have to enter Ebay, Amazon and Adsense Affiliate IDs into the form.  So make it ready.

 

Tip: To try the system, you don't have to enter Ebay, Amazon and Adsense Affiliate IDs.  Just keep those fields blank and our system will insert 'dummy affiliate IDs' to show you how the website works.  Then you can add your real affiliate IDs easily.

 

Launch Content Website Builder™ application

 

Content Website Builder has two versions:-

 

1) Online Version (Password protected Members Area) Click Here to login.

2) Desktop application (EXE File)

 

 

The Desktop application is an executable program (EXE file) with less than 200kb in size.  If you get an error when launching the Desktop version, we suggest you to use the Online Version.

No installation is necessary to use Content Website Builder Desktop tool.  Just Double-Click on the cwb.exe icon to launch the program.  If your OS has setup to hide the file extensions, you may find an icon without a .EXE extension.

Click on the 'Create New Website' link given at the top portion to start building a website. 

 

When you Start using Content Website Builder (both the Online Version and Desktop Version), the system will ask you to enter your User ID and Password.

 

 

If you are a registered user, enter the User name and password you have chosen during the registration. If you want to try a demo version, apply for a free temporary password.  When you enter the login details, you will be forwarded to the following form to get started.

Filling the form is not difficult.  A short explanation of each field has been given in the form itself.  Click on a field and start typing.  If you want to paste content from the clipboard, use Ctrl+v combination ( Hold down the Ctrl key and press v letter key) to paste the text to the selected field.

 

Some of the fields in the form are:- Primary Keyword, additional keywords, Website title, Description, Meta keywords, Website URL, Logo image details, fields to enter your Ebay affiliate id, Amazon Affiliate ID, Adsense ID, Yahoo!Answers and Amazon categories.

 

Detailed explanation of each form field is given below:-

 

1) Primary Keyword

 

The Primary keyword is the most relevant word related to the selected niche.  If you want to create a website with 'dog care' related content and videos, you can enter 'dog care' as the primary keyword.  The primary keyword can be a single word or a phrase.  The home page of your website will be optimized for this keyword.

 

2) Keyword list

 

In this field, you have to enter a list of keywords related to your website subject.  Make sure you entered only relevant keywords.  If you enter a large list of crappy keyword list, the content will also be of that quality.  At the beginning, enter 5 to 10 relevant keywords to the list.  Then later you can add or remove keywords as specified in this tutorial.

 

Tip: To try the system, you have to enter only 2 or 3 keywords.

 

3) Webpage Title

 

This field specifies the title of your website.  Since each page is optimized for different keywords, we highly recommend you to use the Token [KEYWORD] in the title.  Then only each page will have different titles relevant to the page.  For example; if you are creating a webpage related to 'dog training' and the primary keyword you entered is 'dog training', then you can enter the following as the Webpage title:

 

[KEYWORD] tips

 

When you do so, our system will give the following title to the the home page:

 

"Dog Training Tips"

 

The "dog potty training" page will have a title: "Dog Potty Training Tips".

 

"dog collar training" page will have a title: "Dog Collar Training Tips"  and so on.

 

So the token [KEYWORD] will be substituted for each keyword in all pages.

 

4) Webpage Description

 

Write an short Website Description. As in the case of Website Title, this software will substitute the [KEYWORD] token with the keywords you entered for each webpage.

 

A sample Webpage Description:-

 

[KEYWORD] tips and [KEYWORD] videos

 

If you enter the above, the "dog potty training" page will have a description: "Dog Potty Training Tips and Dog Potty Training Videos".

 

5) Meta Keywords

 

Write few Meta keywords.  Again, you can include [KEYWORD] tag here as in the case of Website Title and Description.  Don't paste all related keywords into this field, enter only 3 or 4 words.

 

6) Website URL

 

In this field, you have to enter the URL (Web address) of your new website.  After you completely created your website, all files should be uploaded to the Webhost.

 

Tip: To try the system, you can enter a dummy Website URL something like:

http://www.blahblahblahblah.com, then you can change it later when you create a 'real website' to host.

 

Examples of URLs:-

 

Unique Domain name

 

http://www.TennisBagInformations.com

 

If you have registered a domain exclusively for your content website, then enter the full address starting from http://

 

Don't enter /  (forward slash) at the end of web address, because this program will do it for you.  If you are prepared to invest for a domain name, a separate domain for each content site is a good idea.

 

Use Domain Tools or Domains Bot to find suitable domain names for a niche keyword. NameCheap is one of the best site to register a domain name and HostGator for Web Hosting.

 

A sub-domain

 

http://tennisbag.MyWebsite.com 

 

The above one is a sub-domain 'tennisbag' created in an already existing website 'MyWebsite.com'.  This way, you can create any number of websites without registering separate domains for each website.  HostGator is one of the best Web hosting provider suitable for creating Unlimited number of sub-domains.

 

A folder

 

http://www.MyWebsite.com/tennisbag

 

In the above example, a folder named 'tennisbag' has been created in an already existing website.  But a sub-domain looks more attractive than a folder under a website.

 

TIP: If you have not yet decided where to host the site, just create a folder in an already existing website to host the content website files, then later change the web address as specified in this tutorial and shift the files to the new place.  But do decide before you start promoting the website.  If Search Engines and Robots started Spidering the new website, then its not a good idea to transfer the site to another place.

 

7) Select a template

 

We have added 10 Website templates into this system. There are 3 types of templates. Right Side-bar templates, Left Side-bar templates and Two Side-bar templates.

 

 

Each template contains an HTML file, style sheet (style.css) and a logo.  You can modify the template, style sheet and logo easily even after you created a website.  When you modify the template, all pages will be automatically loaded with a new look.  This way you can make your website unique.

 

8) Number of Hyper Links and Hyperlink style

 

In each page, a specified number of random links will be included.  These are links to different pages of your website.  You can enter the maximum number of Random Hyperlinks to be added in each page.  Recommend you to keep the default number 20.

 

The Hyper Links style field specifies the style of links.  You can select Circle, Dot, Square or None for links without a style property.  Example screen-shots:-

 

     

 

9) Logo Image name or URL

 

Enter logo or banner image name. Example: logo.jpg Or enter full URL of the logo image. Example:- http://www.YourSite.com/logo.jpg

 

Tip: If you don't have a logo or banner, keep the default value logo.jpg  Then later you can replace the default logo image file with your own customized image as specified in the FAQ page.

 

10) Company Name field

In this field, you can enter either your firm's name or domain name.  This will be included in the copyright notice.

 

Examples:  YourWebsite.com , YourCompany.com   or Your Company Inc.

 

11) Ebay country, Ebay Campaign ID and Custom ID

 

Content Website Builder™ supports 4 Ebay countries.  Ebay US, Ebay UK, Ebay Canada and Ebay Australia.  If you are from a different country, choose Ebay US to integrate related products from Ebay.com available all over the world.

 

Enter your Ebay Campaign ID in the Campaign Id field. Instead of using your default Ebay ID, highly recommend you to create a separate Campaign ID in Ebay Partner Network™ for your Content Website project. Then only you can see how much money you make from Ebay™ using those content websites. Ebay Campaign IDs are available in the "Campaign" tab within the eBay Partner Network interface. Login to your Ebay Partner Network account and create a new campaign exclusively for your Content Website project.  Copy and paste the new Campaign ID properly into the given field using Ctrl+V.

Next, the Ebay Custom ID is an affiliate defined 256 character field that you can leverage to better monitor your marketing efforts. You may enter any keyword without spaces or keep the default value "contentsites".

 

Tip: To try the system, you can keep Ebay Campaign ID and custom ID field blank, our system will insert 'dummy affiliate IDs' to show you how the website works.

12) Amazon Affiliate ID and Amazon Category

 

Content Website Builder supports 3 Amazon Affiliate programs: Amazon US, Amazon UK and Amazon Canada.  Enter the Amazon Affiliate ID properly.

 

Selecting a suitable Amazon Category is very important. If you don't select relevant category, unrelated Amazon ads will be appeared in all pages.  If you find Amazon items are unrelated, the try different category.

 

Tip: To try the system, you can keep Amazon Affiliate ID field blank, our system will insert 'dummy affiliate ID' to show you how the website works.  But you must select a category.

 

13) Adsense™ ID and Adsense™ Channel ID

 

Enter your Adsense ID in the correct format.  We Highly recommend you to create an Adsense Channel ID for your Content Website project. Then only you can see how much money you make in Adsense™ using those content websites.

 

Tip: To try the system, you can keep Adsense ID fields blank, the system will insert 'dummy Adsense ID' to show you how the website works.

14) Yahoo! Answers^® Category

Selecting a Yahoo! Answers category is very important. If you don't select a relevant category, unrelated Yahoo Answers content will be appeared in all pages.  If you find no Yahoo Answers question and answers in all pages, press the back button and try with a different category.

 

15) Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Contact Pages

This software will create a Terms of Use page, Privacy Policy and Contact page.  Those pages are necessary for all professional websites.  You can edit the default content given in those fields.  HTML is allowed.

 

Tips For beginners: Keep the above default content, you can modify those pages later as necessary as specified in the FAQ page.

 

After you fill-up all necessary fields, press the 'Create my Website' button.  Within a minute, your website will be created and you will be forwarded to the following page:-

 

 

Step:2  Preview and Download your Website Files

 

Click on the link given there to preview your newly created Content Website.  New website will be loaded on a popup window.  (Note that the system may ask you to enter User ID and password again for security reasons).  Visit few pages and see how your website works.  If you want to edit the website settings including keywords, categories, templates etc, minimize the popup window, then press the 'Edit my Website' button to go back to the form. After you recreated the website with the new settings, refresh the page in the popup window to reload your website.  You can Download your website files as a single Zip file using the Download link as shown in the above screen-shot.

 

 

We highly recommend you to create a folder in your desktop to download the file and Unzip it there. When you unzip the file, the folder will look like this:-

 

 

Now your website is ready to upload to the Webhost.  When you upload, you have to upload all files EXCEPT the zip file (websitefiles.zip).

 

Now your website is ready for the whole world to visit!

 

Details of Website Files (Only for Advanced Users)

 

Editing the following files are recommended for advanced users only (those familiar with editing HTML, Style Sheets and Graphics).

 

 

Important: Before start editing, keep a backup of all files.  Otherwise, you have to recreate the whole website if something goes wrong.
